Quality Control Manager

About the job:
In the role of Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for leading and improving the quality control system, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and product quality within the company. Accordingly, you will be one of the key individuals responsible for quality at the production site in Ĺ abac.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the operations of the quality control organizational unit, including the implementation, maintenance, and development of efficient sampling methods, testing, and conducting stability studies in compliance with international and national regulations and the STADA Group policy.
- Ensuring compliance in the area of quality control (approval/rejection of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished products, as well as qualification, maintenance of facilities and equipment, and execution of validations) with international and national regulations for pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
- Participating in inspections conducted by national and international authorities and overseeing the work of contract laboratories.
- Coordinating the work of the Quality Control unit and fostering collaboration within the organization.
- Setting quality control objectives in alignment with quality management goals and participating in the definition of key quality indicators.
- Organizing and providing support to Quality Control teams to fulfill tasks and managing investment projects within the sector.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (conversational level or higher).
- Preferably Several years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry (GMP-regulated environment).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to coordinate the work of multiple teams.
- Well-developed analytical skills and a solid understanding of laboratory methods and processes (physicochemical and microbiological testing, stability studies, validation activities, and equipment qualification).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective collaboration with various internal stakeholders and departments.
- High level of responsibility and integrity, with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
