Quality Control Expert Associate

About the job:
As a Quality Control Expert Associate, you will be responsible for verifying sampling procedures, analytical methods, validation and optimization of methods, as well as for training employees and maintaining equipment. You will also participate in investigations of deviations and customer complaints, as well as in planning the procurement of chemicals and consumables.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating tests performed in the laboratory in accordance with applicable procedures, pharmacopoeial requirements and GMP principles
• Ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness of laboratory results
• Taking care of laboratory instruments and equipment (use, maintenance, qualification/calibration in cooperation with relevant departments)
• Reviewing and drafting work instructions and test records, as well as related laboratory documentation
• Participating in the improvement of laboratory processes and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• University degree in Pharmacy, Technology, Biology or Chemistry
• Conversational knowledge of English
• Previous work experience in Quality in the pharmaceutical or another industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP standards, ISO standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations is an advantage
