What is "Your Way"?

"Your Way" was developed at Hemofarm as a paid internship program designed for students and recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in the professional environment of the pharmaceutical industry.

The program enables the development of knowledge and skills through practical work with the latest technologies, mentorship, and hands-on responsibility in real business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in managing and updating documentation in the field of occupational health and safety, as well as participating in the preparation of reports, analyses, and records.
• Participating in workplace walkthroughs and identifying potential risks.
• Providing support in organizing employee training and monitoring the implementation of safety measures and internal procedures.
• Collaborating with different departments to improve occupational safety.

And if you are a final-year student, master's student, or have graduated in the past two years from the Faculty of Occupational Safety, Technical, Faculty of Sciences, Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Chemistry, or a related field, proficient in English, skilled in MS Office, systematic, proactive, and eager to learn in a team - this is the right opportunity for you!

Note: Transportation to Šabac is provided for interns traveling from Novi Sad.
