About the job: As an expert associate in production, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. You will support optimization of process efficiency and quality, work within information systems, and participate in the implementation of new technologies, equipment and work organization, as well as in the transfer of new products and preparation of operational documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and improvement of production processes with a focus on process efficiency and product quality.
• Work within information systems and support the implementation and optimization of new technological procedures, equipment and production organization.
• Take part in the transfer of new products to production and prepare operational procedures and work instructions in accordance with GMP guidelines.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and compliant production processes.
• Contribute to identifying and proposing improvements in daily production operations.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Technology, Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry.
• Basic knowledge of English (conversational level is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Preferably previous experience in production within the pharmaceutical or a similar regulated industry, or strong interest in understanding production processes.
• Strong communication skills, high level of responsibility and proactive approach to work.
