To support our global growth and the digitalization of our commercial processes, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Medical Representative Specialty Rx to join our team.
    

Objectives
•    Face to face promotion of portfolio of STADA products and/or products of other entities in the STADA group in Croatia to ensure the growth of customer relationship and customer support level in the market
•    Support field implementation of STADA’s Specialty Rx Strategy in the territory of Croatia
•    Enhance STADA’s reputation in the local marke

Expertise needed for the Role
•    University Degree in Medical Sciences or related studies 
•    Proven experience of minimum 3 years at similar positions 
•    Good knowledge of English language and PC literacy  
•    Strong communication and organizational skills
•    Driving license - B category

Main responsibilities
•    Interaction with customers (doctors and pharmacists) for the purpose of convincing them in the quality of the promoted products – performing a certain number of meetings with Targeted Customers
•    Establishing, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships 
•    Identifying and establishing new customers
•    Monitoring and reporting of competitors’ activities
•    Efficient and timely completion of all ongoing administrative reports and promotional activities 
•    Organization and attendance of professional meetings with targeted customers on the market
•    Implementation of approaches for systematic targeting of customers and collecting direct informatio
