Vietnam Commercial IT Manager

Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Reporting line: Head of IT - Emerging Market

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP and CRM IT Application Leader to join our team as the Vietnam Commercial IT Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation programs across ERP and CRM systems in Vietnam, owning the IT applications roadmap, and acting as an Commercial IT Business Partner to collaborate with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions that meet business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive digital transformation for Vietnam, working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop the IT roadmap.
• Act as key Commercial IT Business Partner, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between IT stakeholders and Business stakeholders. Provide technical solutions and expertise consultations that align with business goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the process digitalization of following key areas: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financial Accounting & Controlling, Production.
• Own the end-to-end support for IT systems and applications, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the rollout of IT applications to Commercial and Production sites in Vietnam, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Plan and manage the implementation/continuous improvement of ERP and CRM systems.
• Manage the IT Application support team in Ho Chi Minh City and Factory in Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen.
• Manage the IT Solution providers/ Application L3 for deliveries and operational support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and applications.
• Architect and orchestrate the application ecosystem that aligns with the Enterprise Architecture framework, ensuring coherence and integration across various systems and platforms with velocity, flexibility, compliance and security.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new IT systems and applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and applications.
• As the Commercial IT Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by leading the digital transformation not only for the Commercial side but also the Production side to drive for better COGS optimization and stable supply chain.

REQUIREMENT

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Application and Project management in MNC working environment and global collaboration.
• Experienced in SAP B1 and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation and operation.
• Experienced in CRM system implementation and operation that include order management scope.
• Proven track record of driving Digital Transformation, working as an IT Business Partner as well as Enterprise Application architect.
• Familiar with Manufacturing industry and production environment ideally in Life Science (Pharmaceutical) sector.
• Excellent Business English communication skills, both verbal and written to work with central departments and regional business partners.
• Good communication, Problem-Solving, Consulting skills.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes especially Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management.
• Knowledge of process automation toolset is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Agile, SCRUM methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and as part of a team.
