Job Title: KỸ THUẬT VIÊN TỔ TIỆN ÍCH KỸ THUẬT

UTILITY TECHNICIAN

MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC/JOB PURPOSE:

Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện công việc vận hành, bảo trì hệ thống tiện ích kỹ thuật trong ca trực. Đảm bảo những yêu cầu của GMP hiện hành và các nhiệm vụ đảm bảo an toàn, thực hiện các công việc đã được phân công theo kế hoạch.

Responsible for implementing the operation and maintenance of the technical utility system during the shift. Ensure current GMP requirements and safety tasks, perform assigned tasks according to plan.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Vận hành hệ thống/ thiết bị tiện ích kỹ thuật.

         Operation utility systems/equipments.

• Thực hiện bảo trì, hiệu chuẩn, lấy mẫu (khí nén, hơi tinh khiết…) định kỳ thiết bị tiện ích kỹ thuật theo đúng chức năng nhiệm vụ.

         Perform maintenance, calibration for utility equipment in according to engineering & maintenance dep't scope.

• Tham gia chương trình đào tạo nhân viên cho các công việc theo trình độ chuyên môn cho cấp độ kỹ thuật viên.

         Participate in employee training programs for jobs according to professional qualifications for technician level.

• Thực hiện các công việc đảm bảo an toàn trong các hoạt động của ca trực.

         Carry out works to ensure safety in activities of shift.

• Xử lý các sự cố, tham gia sửa chữa máy móc, thiết bị.

         Handle problems, participate in repairing machinery and equipment.

• Đảm bảo cập nhật đầy đủ thông tin vật tư thiết bị đã sử dụng trong ca trực.

     Make sure to fully update information on materials and equipment used during the shift.

• Tham gia các cuộc họp để nắm bắt thông tin và giải quyết các vấn đề chung có liên quan đến nhóm.

     Participate in meetings to capture information and resolve common issues related to the group.

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định GMP về quản lý hồ sơ, sổ nhật ký.

    Ensure compliance with GMP regulations on record management and logbooks.

• Báo cáo tiến độ và kết quả công việc của tổ cho tổ trưởng.

    Report progress and results of the team's work to the team leader.

YÊU CẦU/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Trình độ công nhân/ cao đẳng.

        Intermediate  / College degree.

• Chuyên môn về kỹ thuật (Cơ, điện, lạnh, tự động hóa).

       Technical expertise (Mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, automation).

• Kiến thức về GMP.

      Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Kỹ năng máy tính (cơ bản văn phòng: word, excel).

      Computer skill (Office basis: word, excel).
