Site Technical Training & Learning Lead   

Turda  | Romania (RO) |  | Human Resources (HR) | Professionals 

 

What will you do:

  • Ensures a competent workforce by planning and executing the required GMP and technical training on site.
  • Leads the site Technical and GMP Training & Learning, ensuring effective communication with site leadership regarding design, gaps, progress, achievements, new learning needs and recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure effective learning impact for all GMP and technical related content.
  • Provides regular reports on Technical Training & Learning KPIs and effectiveness, in a consistent way with all other sites
  • Conducts analysis of technical capabilities needed across the site and its functions ( Operations, Quality, MS&T, Engineering Supply Chain, HSE )
  • Creates a Technical and GMP Learning & Training annual masterplan for the site, to address the capability needs that has been identified. Ensures that technical capabilities plans are carried out in the site, including identification of required skills and the respective training required to build those. Training materials are available to be used on site.
  • Ensures that the required technical skill sets for manufacturing the current portfolio and related devices are available. Future skills sets are identified and reviewed during annual long-term planning.
  • Ensure that technical career path exists for the key functions at the site.
  • Represents the needs of the site and its functions in terms of Technical Training & Learning within the STADA Culture & People community. Ensures effective communication of site technical and GMP training needs and areas of potential harmonization and synergy across the STADA learning ecosystem, including usage of HERO and SPS Global Share drives as master repository of non-GMP technical trainings and eQMS as master repository and tracking of GMP and Safety trainings.
  • Follows the strategy in terms of training delivery, internal facilitators network, and potential external partners to be considered, for what she/he engages procurement as needed.
  • Analyzing training data effectiveness trends (relative to Stock write-offs, NONc and CAPA)
  • Explores and implements innovative training solutions to improve technical competence.
  • Supports the network to set up and develop offline mini training workspaces.
  • Embeds CCEP and OpEx culture mindset.
  • Delivers train the trainers’ sessions in areas of her/his specific technical expertise.
  • Fosters across the organization a GxP culture, designing specific trainings and delivering specific Train the Trainers’ modules.
  • Ensures effective local implementation of global technical learning programs and initiatives.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance expectations are always met.
  • Maintains and support global standards for excellence in technical learning.
  • The site Technical Training lead is an active member of the site leadership Team.

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • License/Master’s degree/PhD in Life Sciences, Behavioral or Educational Sciences, Pharmacy etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of training needs assessment and curricula development.
  • Minimum 5 years working in a GxP environment.
  • Experience of working with Quality systems, OpEx , TPM and HSE systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry and production methods.
