Production Planner   

  | Romania (RO) |  | Procurement & Supply Chain | All target groups 

 

About the role:

  • Monthly collaboration with the global Supply Planners to receive the Supply Plan and understand the major Project, Product and Demand assumptions for the current year + next year time horizon.
  • Monthly validation of the global Supply Plan through the SLT Site Supply Review process. Identification of Issues, Risks and Opportunities with feedback to the global Supply Planner.
  • Weekly collaboration with the global Supply Network Planner to ensure a successful conversion of the global Supply Plan
  • Weekly development and maintenance of a valid SKU-level Site Production Plan, within the planning time fence using SAP MPS and APO PPDS system functionality in combinations with Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP).
  • Weekly “handover” the short-term horizon of the Production Plan (e.g. first 1-2 weeks) to Shop Floor Schedulers for detailed scheduling/optimization followed by execution and on-time delivery under the responsibility of the Operations Teams
  • Weekly and monthly Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) to continuously validate available capacity vs. required capacity and to ensure that the Site Supply Plan and the Site Production Plan are always valid.
  • Weekly resolution of capacity under and over-loads identified through the CRP process by agreeing capacity changes with the Operations teams, or by agreeing changes to the planned production with the global Supply Network Planner.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Technology, Science or Economics/Finance.
  • Languages: minimum B2 English level
  • Minimum of 3-years’ experience as a Production Planner within Pharma or other batch production, make to stock, manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP MPS and MRP and APO PP/DS.
