Pentru echipa noastra avem nevoie de Production Engineer.

Specific responsibilities:

• Participate in finding the professional solution of technological problems in production according to the tasks that are received from the head of production and the manager of the plant;

• Develop and improves production, improves the quality and quantity of production and the increase productivity.

• Organization and implementation of the validation process.

• Proposes to the Manager the possibility of applying new technological procedures, equipment and work organization in production.

• Participates in the validation of all segments of production and equipment and in the transfer of new products, together with other relevant services.

• Takes care of the correct application of technology.

• Creates operating procedures and work instructions.

• Implements the policy of good manufacturing practice. • Implements the requirements of current operating procedures and train the employees within the department.

Required skills

• Technical University degree, preferably in pharmacy.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry on the similar role.

• English fluent in speaking and writing.

• Strong working national and international GMP guidelines.

• Good understanding of the technological processes

• Very good analytical, organizational skills and result oriented.

• Good communication skills; assertive attitude
