MASTER DATA SPECIALIST (SAP/MES)

Specific responsibilities

•    creates and harmonizes the content of the documentation accompanying the product;
•    participates in the implementation of the change control procedure on existing products and the validation of production processes;
•    responsible for introducing new production materials/products, as well as regulating the status of discontinued materials/products;
•    support transfer decisions and set up business cases;
•    participates and assist in the product transfers process of STADA AG in the regions EU, CIS, SEE and Emerging markets;
•    analyzes decisions to transfer products and recommends the best solutions, taking into account the impact of costs, transfer times and other relevant factors; 
•    identifies risks and proposes scenarios for their minimization/mitigation/elimination, to ensure the implementation of product transfers;
•    assist in the transfer of products from other sites to PC Turda and ensures a good flow of information between the parties involved in the transfer process;
•    creates components, production versions and master recipes in SAP, of real and planned status;
•    responsible for version statuses, their regulatory validity and termination upon expiration;
•    responsible for the quality of the activities performed, meeting the deadlines for the execution of tasks, as well as for the observance of the quality system, internal and general regulations;
•    ensures an adequate information flow and a good coordination between all internal and external stakeholders;
•    participates and assist in the ensuring process of overseeing the supply chain changes and in the end-to-end change control management, working in a cross-functional environment; 
•    maintains master data of production material types;
•    ensures a transparent information exchange and overall project timelines and maintains focus on material impact related to timelines and costs;
•    responsible for a good collaboration with the persons within the transfer team and the members involved;
•    performs other tasks, within the field of activity, on the order of the immediate superior.

Required skills

•    minimum 3 year expertise in manufacturing/processing environment: pharma, FMCG, food,  automotive preferred;
•    2 year experience with computerized systems MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and SAP; 
•    good understanding (experience driven) of manufacturing processes and linkages between different production steps;
•    previous, documented, project implementations represent an advantage;
•    goal oriented person, keen on delivering results;
