We're seeking a dedicated Communication Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing plant communication strategies to reinforce our corporate branding as a top employer.
• Create and curate engaging content across various communication channels including social media, email, website, and print materials.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
• Participate in the preparation of strategic and operational documents for both internal and external communications.
• Spearhead the development of internal communication plans, tools, and channels to foster a culture of transparency and engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount for this role.
• Strong understanding of marketing and public relations principles and practices.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication campaigns.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Ideal Background:

Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

Languages: Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, marketing, public relations, or HR roles.
