ARTWORK COORDINATOR

Your Purpose
You will manage and coordinate the production of artwork for a range of projects, ensuring that all artwork is of the highest quality and meets designated deadlines. 
Youw will work closely with clients, design teams and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions and ensure projects are completed on time and budget. 

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Coordination of packaging synchronization activities for routine changes, product launches and site-to-site transfers;
•    Maintenance and compilation of GMP documentation for printed packaging components;
•    Resolution of queries (open issues) / requests from artwork agencies, printing houses, Marketing Division, Regulatory teams and Supply Chain;
•    Responsible for managing deadlines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality;
•    Ensuring that all PM AWs are available when needed and ordering additional materials as needed;
•    Organizing and maintaining databases of Aws or other reference materials related to artwork;
•    Reviewing artist submissions to ensure that they meet the guidelines of the organization or company;
•    Coordinating with designers and other staff members to determine the best way to display artwork.

 

Your Profile
•    Experience in organizing, managing and overseing artwork change-related activities;
•    Experience developing and implementing artwork strategies and plans;
•    Coordination of the design, production, and delivery of artwork related projects;
•    Strong background in providing technical support and advice;
•    Advanced knowledge of the English language; 
•    Advanced command of MS Office package; 
•    Team-oriented, precise, communicative, responsible, independent;
•    University degree in Technology, Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering.
