Quality Control Analyst

 

 

 Job Profile:

  • Performing physico-chemical tests in the chemical laboratory using different analysis techniques such as: high-pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, UV-VIS spectrometry, potentiometry, IR spectroscopy, Karl- Fisher;
  • Processing and reporting the results obtained after performing various tests;
  • Comply with existing work procedures at department and company level;
  • Respect the documentation that accompanies the product for inspection;
  • Use the materials and equipment correctly and in accordance with the approved documentation;
  • Prepare the procedures, work instructions for the techniques being performed as the responsible person;
  • Perform daily checks of balances, ph-meter, conductometer;
  • Reporting the technical defects that occurred in the laboratory to the equipment responsible;
  • Check the analytical documentation to determine if the analytical method can be implemented;
  • Prepare the necessary materials needed for the transfer/ validation of the method;
  • Inform acquisition responsible/procurement about the stock of reagents and consumables (filters, columns, etc) to ensure the necessary materials for the proper conduct of the quality control activities;
  • Prepare the method transfer protocols / reports and if necessary, method validation protocols/reports.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory
  • Development and validation of test methods
  • Excellent working skills both individually and in a team;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook);
  • Education: University degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry;
  • Language Skills: Fluent in verbal and written English;
  • IT Systems: ERP systems (preferably SAP).
