Timeless Talent Program

The Timeless Talent Program aims to attract highly qualified professionals in retirement or with extensive work experience for flexible, short-term engagements. It provides a platform for these individuals to contribute their expertise to projects or part-time roles, helping to close knowledge gaps within departments.

Responsibilities

• HCP engagement strategies tailored to target special accounts, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, therapeutic strategy, and customer demands.
• Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and field execution, ensuring that engagement plans are both insight-driven and locally relevant.
• Segment, map, and prioritize HCPs and institutions within special accounts to tailor engagement approaches that drive meaningful impact.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical Affair, Portfolios, and Regulatory Affairs) to ensure coordinated and consistent customer interactions.
• Leverage omnichannel engagement tools and tactics to maximize reach and effectiveness across in-person and digital touchpoints.
• Monitor engagement effectiveness using predefined KPIs and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies and content.
• Serve as a therapeutic area expert (Antibiotics / CVRM) to provide strategic input into customer engagement materials, campaigns, and educational initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and cultivate advocacy opportunities among KOLs and HCP influencers within special accounts.
• Ensure that all engagement activities are executed in full compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

Required Education and Experiences:

• Experienced Professionals: With 15+ years of expertise in fields as Marketing Relationship, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field... in Vietnam market.
• Guiding Enthusiasts: Eager to share knowledge, inspire and guide the next generation of professionals. 
• Effective Communicators: Possess excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and working in cross-generational teams.
