Timeless Talent Program

The Timeless Talent Program aims to attract highly qualified professionals in retirement or with extensive work experience for flexible, short-term engagements. It provides a platform for these individuals to contribute their expertise to projects or part-time roles, helping to close knowledge gaps within departments.

Responsibilities

• Translate scientific data, clinical evidence, and therapeutic insights into engaging, accessible training materials tailored to non-scientific audiences.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access) to ensure alignment of product messaging and scientific accuracy.
• Deliver expert-level product and disease area training programs, both in-person and virtually, to internal stakeholders across all regions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging science to proactively update training content and maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead internal knowledge-building initiatives that promote scientific literacy and commercial readiness throughout the organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to commercial leadership on scientific communication, product positioning, and training best practices.
• Ensure that all training materials and activities are developed in compliance with relevant regulatory and promotional guidelines.

Required Education and Experiences:

• Experienced Professionals: With 15+ years of expertise in fields as Training Pharmacy, Medicine or related field... in Vietnam market.
• Guiding Enthusiasts: Eager to share knowledge, inspire and guide the next generation of professionals. 
• Effective Communicators: Possess excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and working in cross-generational teams.
