Job Title: Supply Planning Manager
Working location: Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen
Job Purpose:
The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for Performs Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Critical Material Planning (CMP). RCCP verifies that inhouse manufacturing sites have enough production capacity available to meet the finished product net requirements (Master Production Schedule). Capacity check includes inhouse Manufacturing and Packaging sites for the month 4-24 planning horizon. Critical Material Planning is performed for defined list of critical materials based on parameters (lead-time, quality or regulatory issue, supply risk). Capacity constraints as well as Critical Material availability are communicated to the monthly S&OP process for further discussion and decisions. In case RCCP and CMP are done for site with lower complexity, Supply Planning Manager is responsible for coordinating commercial transfers and launches acting as single point of contact for the SNP team, as well as supporting the SNP team with supply chain analysis and work process improvement actions.
Major Accountabilities :
Responsible for conducting RCCP and CMP in regular monthly cycle.
- Conduct RCCP and CMP in a regular monthly cycle to ensure capacity alignment and material availability.
- Implement and optimize RCCP and CMP processes, as well as the tools used, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams, especially Demand Planning and Launch & Transfer (L&T) coordination, to synchronize all inputs for planning.
- Collaborate with SNP and Demand Planning teams to ensure key inputs regarding demand assumptions, tenders, and product launches/transfers are incorporated into the planning process.
- Identify bottleneck resources within the sites' production processes to focus on during RCCP for improved capacity planning.
- Influence and drive discipline within the team to ensure the success of RCCP and CMP processes.
- Prepare Sites Unit information for Site Supply Reviews and support data-driven decision-making processes to balance supply and demand.
- Foster active communication between all stakeholders to ensure the full understanding and impact of capacity and material planning decisions.
- Collaborate with Production Planning teams at the cluster/site level to align RCCP.
- Support the Site Supply Chain Head with objective setting, road mapping, and follow-up on CAPA plans.
- Provide critical inputs from the Sites and Global S&OP preparation.
- Work with Supply Network Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance (QA), and other departments to define critical materials, especially API, based on lead time and supply risk.
- Monitor demand variations and supplier capacity issues to ensure proactive adjustments to plans.
- Integrate material planning with RCCP for API and critical materials, making the overall supply plan more reliable.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the right amount of stock is maintained to support business operations.
- Confirm the purchasing plan in to avoid the creation of unintended purchase requisitions after capacity planning has been finalized.
- Improve reporting systems and collaborate on IT enhancements to simplify and automate reporting processes.
- Provide training and support for cross-functional know-how transfer of RCCP and CMP processes.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks necessary to achieve unit and departmental business objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and developing action plans to implement changes.
- Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility, driving continuous improvement in quality-related processes.

Individual contributor role based on technical capabilities in supply and production planning processes and systems, and ability influence at all levels across the cluster/site

Impact on the organisation : Significant indirect financial responsibility: RCCP directly impacts product availability, and sales for Stada Pymepharco commercial, the working capital across the end to end Stada Supply Chain and the operating efficiency of the Cluster/Site
Ideal Background :
Education: University degree in Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Technology.
Languages: Local Site language with capability in English as a second language
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience as a Supply/Production Planning within Pharma or other batch production, make to stock, manufacturing environments. APICS/ASCM CPIM and CSCP accreditations preferred.
- Minimum of 5-years’ experience with SAP MPS and MRP and APO SNP and/or PP/DS.
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end manufacturing site supply chain processes including demand management, S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, material planning and procurement, order fulfilment, master data and life-cycle management. Working knowledge of MRP2 is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, at all levels, in a manufacturing Cluster/Site environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across boundaries (functional, cultural, language) and form effective working relationships with colleagues
- Demonstrated change management and process management experience is preferred: demonstrated usage of data to drive process improvements.

- Knowledgeable about all aspects of supply chain management and how these processes is connected between cluster/site and global supply chain processes.
- Has to be familiar with the current regulations and internal systems.

- Demonstrated effective leadership through influence at manufacturing sites and other stakeholders in the process
