System Engineer
Location: Belgrade


  • Providing support to end users worldwide (onsite support, remote support)

  • Resolving incident within its authorizations and capabilities.

  • Taking care of user request lifecycle and timely informing of users.

  • Escalation of incident if needed.

  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems

  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues

  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems

  • In charge of interventions on equipment with the aim to eliminate standstill and maintenance, organizing technical personnel.

  • Administration tasks for IT services and infrastructure primary based on Microsoft technologies (Active directory, O365, SCCM, SCSM, Exchange...)

  • On Site technical support for all IT assets including: printers, lab equipment, access control and partially production systems.

  • Installation and configuration of end user equipment, computers, tablets, mobile phones, conference equipment.

  • Hardware servicing and managing third party servicing.

  • Work and administration in ITSM tool, on call support out of working hours for critical incidents.

  • Activities concerning improvements and development of new features in ITSM tool in use and infrastructure maintenance concerning ITSM tool environment

  • Supporting external vendors in implementation and management of equipment in use.



  • Minimum a high school diploma in a technical field

  • Fluent language skills English (additionally German or some other languages can be an advantage)

  • Great Customer Service Skills – Customer Centricity Focus

  • Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, vendors and peers

  • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems

  • Expert Knowledge about Microsoft Operating systems

  • Extensive technical knowledge of various technologies and products, including local area network (LAN)/wide area network (WAN) technologies/(Wi-Fi) wireless networks

  • System Administration of MS services as AD, O365, SCCM, power shell

  • Basic ITIL knowledge

  • Strong aptitude for teamwork and work in an international setting

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in System administration  roles

  • Driver license (category B)
