Reporting line: Directly reports to Portfolio Marketing Director.
Location: 上海·浦东新区花园石桥路66号东亚银行大厦7楼.
Objectives:
- To support to develop and implement CHC(Consumer Health Care) portfolio projects for Greater China region, including food supplement, CBEC OTC/Medical device, dermatology and for generics. CN Mainland geography as focus, and to support HK/TW at appointed project level.
- To collect, organize, data-mining to analyze market dynamic, CHC consumer needs, category trend and competitors analysis.
- To develop identified individual product analysis and to assist business case development.
- To manage and timely track appointed projects timeline and help to drive cross-team agenda to on-time launch identified new products.
Responsibilities
- Can work proactively to search and collect market information, product intelligence, competition dynamics, etc. according to briefing.
- Can conduct the related project’s data mining, analysis, and data illustration. To support business case development.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams meeting arrangement according to project timeline.
- To support EN documents translation according to line manager’s briefing.
Required skills and qualifications.
- Be familiar with relevant industry data, such as Euromonitor, Tmall data etc. With solid capability to search, screen relevant data and information. Has ability to work with reasonable pressure.
- Be familiar with New Product Development project management process and requirements.
- Proactiveness. Passion for CHC industry, including OTC, food supplement, Derma. and partially Rx. Willing to understand target consumers’ needs and local insight.
- Able to do or build product forecasting model in discussion with line manager.
- Has certain level understanding for CBEC, domestic EC and BTL RTM model.
- Strong problem-solving attitude; proactively find way to seek for relevant information and find out issues or opportunity in discussion with line manager.
- Sense of urgency. Can act and response in progress to timely support identified plan development and/or project management update.
- Learning agility: strong will to learn latest consumer trend, category dynamic and competition.
- Fluent in written English. Good communication skill and able to work with cross function teams.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with major in commercial analysis, marketing, medical or finance; or MBA.
- Good capability in data analysis tools, such as excel, Microsoft Think Cell, PPT.
- At least with >5 years working experience in product or marketing function. Mature in personality.
