Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, TechOps

Location: Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen)

Department: Supply Chain

Reports to: Supply Planning Manager


Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing supply planning from month 4 to month 24 and logistics activities related to bulk exports. The role ensures alignment between manufacturing sites, net supply requirement, while also coordinating all logistics operations and documentation for international shipments.

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities are essential for managing large datasets and driving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Supply Planning

  • Perform Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Critical Material Planning (CMP) from month 4 to month 24 for factory
  • Ensure manufacturing sites have sufficient capacity to meet net supply required within the planning horizon (month 4 to 24)
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Regulatory, QA/QC, and Production teams to ensure accurate supply visibility.
  • Prepare supply plans and scenario analysis using Excel dashboards and pivot reports for S&OP and management review.

Bulk Export Logistics

  • Coordinate export logistics of bulk products from in-house manufacturing sites to global affiliates or CMO partners.
  • Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of export documentation (COA, Invoice, Packing List, MSDS, CFS, etc.).
  • Work closely with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, and Forwarders to ensure export compliance and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor booking, shipment status, and resolve operational issues (e.g. delays, customs hold, discrepancies).
  • Maintain visibility and reporting of bulk shipment status and shelf-life adherence across destinations.
  • Optimize transportation lead time and cost in coordination with global logistics providers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or international logistics (preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry).
    • Strong experience with SAP (MRP, APO SNP/PPDS) and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
    • Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements for international shipments of pharmaceutical bulk is a plus.
