Senior Manager Sales Force Training, Effectiveness & Development (f/m/d)

Your tasks:


  • Identify Sales Force development needs and drive Sales Excellence roadmap to establish strong foundations in Sales capabilities and processes of the individual teams in close collaboration with the first line managers
  • Create and plan training and learning concepts and engage in Sales Force trainings and people development, improving value between and across the teams
  • Propose, plan, organize and support in quantitative and qualitative effectiveness of sales force (for example in Dashboarding/CRM usability)
  • Analyze business and team deployment on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs (sales-driven) and provide conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to the different needs of internal customers (BU Heads, GM, Commercial Excellence)
  • Design and implement market relevant incentive programs that fuel sustainable growth
  • Partner with Sales and Business Leadership to support on strategy and execute on business goals
  • Engage productivity & efficiency projects along with other areas, Sales teams, in order to guarantee relevant business transformation that allows resource optimization, investment analysis and provide key analysis to support strategic business information
  • Manage continuous improvement of targeting, segmentation, customers categorization (GoToMarket) models across multiple Business Units


Your qualification:


  • Typically requires a BA or BS degree, preferably in economics or business related disciplines
  • Experiences in Sales with 10+ years, ideally as first line manager
  • Background in pharmaceutical industry, medicine or FMCG
  • Knowledge of the German OTC and Rx market is a must
  • Profound knowledge of Sales Force Training, Effectiveness, Business Intelligence and Analytics
  • Certified Sales Force trainer is an advantage
  • Must have a fluent German and a strong command of conversational and written English skills
  • Is very familiar with industry trends and remains current with competitor’s resources and practices
  • Must be able to analyze complex data and put together effective concise reports while meeting all deadlines
