Senior Inventory Analyst

Place of work: Belgrade/Vršac

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in Inventory Analysis, direct experience in Demand and Supply planning a strong advantage
• Very strong analytical skills and profound Excel & SQL knowledge.
• Experience with PowerBi or Tableau advantageous
• MRP knowledge a plus
• Experience in re-organizing unstructured data for effective analysis and in designing dashboards to support business processes
• Advance knowledge of English is required

Job Description:

Providing full transparency in the realm of inventory for the STADA Group through:

• Regular and ad hoc analyses in the domain of Inventory and Supply Chain Planning for WIP & Raw Material
• Inventories with support to Finished Goods.
• Implementation and improvement of dashboards and reporting.
• Perform root cause analysis into inventory and planning topics and provide recommendations for corrective actions to management.
• Liaise with Operations and Procurement to make sure solutions align cross functionally as well as with Supply and Demand Planning to enrich inventory analysis with business insights to further optimize inventory parameter calculations and what if scenarios to determine business decisions and actions.
• This position shall support in the creation of data to be used in business reviews, MBRs and shall be able to work with different levels of management in the company
