THE ROLE

 

In your role as TechOps Alliance Manager you are responsible for adding value to the company by coordinating and negotiating with key stakeholders internally as well as externally. Your main job is to increase transparency, connect people and drive decision making process within TechOps and liaising with Portfolio Management, Product Development, Global Project Management and Commercial functions. The Alliance Manager leads the efforts to keep everyone across all interfaces up to date and goal oriented. You will report to our Director Strategy Projects. 

 

 

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Be the SPOC for CHC categories within TechOps and align key activities with TechOps standards and targets
  • Initiate and drive projects and initiatives with focus on change management and collaboration in various processes on different levels within Technical Operations
  • Act as an ambassador and role model for the CHC Segment and act as an interface to non-TechOps functions 
  • In charge of aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the growth plans of the company focusing on the CHC segment
  • Identifying threats and opportunities and present findings and recommended actions
  • Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making process
  • Responsible to review and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability
  • Be responsible for the full product lifecycle of the relevant CHC category and lead projects along the E2E value chain

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Degree in business, economics or related field preferably with experience in pharmaceutical or Food industry
  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
  • Experience in leading diverse teams without direct authority in a dynamic and international environment
  • Highly engaging in conversations with different people and have strong communication, influenceable and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, detailed-oriented by not losing the big picture, process ability to multi-task and work on various items at same time
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German preferable but not essential
  • Hands-on mentality to run projects autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills as well as IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, etc)
