We are seeking a candidate with strong coordination and project management skills. Ideal applicants should preferably have a background in Technical Operations, Supply Chain or Finance, along with expertise project management. The person we are looking for should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and take a proactive approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate and manage global and local Product Life Cycle initiatives end to end in the regions EU, CIS, SEE, and Emerging markets.
* Serve as the representative of Technical Operations in early life cycle projects, ensuring seamless coordination from ideation to launch phases. Provide critical support in defining and developing the supply chain strategies for new products, aligning operational capabilities with market demands.
*Collaborate closely with product development teams to create detailed COGS calculations and roadmaps to optimize cost structures and align with business objectives.
*Actively contribute to the success of emerging markets by supporting their rollout strategies, ensuring tailored approaches to meet regional requirements.
* Ensure effective information flow and coordination among all internal and external stakeholders such as External Supply (ESO), Global Operations, Tech Transfer, Portfolio Management, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Finance and Commercial throughout the process.
* Guarantee transparent information exchange and adherence to project timelines.
* Identify risks and develop scenarios to ensure successful implementation of our Life Cycle Strategy Initiatives, focusing on timelines and costs.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Business administration or Economics (or comparable) preferably with a pharmaceutical background or a relevant discipline.
* At least 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (must)
* Excellent understanding of business operations and processes
* Experience in leading diverse teams without direct authority in a dynamic and international environment
* Highly engaging in conversations with different people - strong communication and people management skills
* Self driven, ability to think, act, and initiate in operational, tactical, and strategic terms.
* Familiarity with current pharmaceutical regulations.
* Strong project and process management skills.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
