About the Job: Join Hemofarm as an SAP S/4HANA Business Expert for Financial Production Controlling. In this role, you will drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to financial production controlling processes. You’ll collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business requirements, validate functionalities, and identify opportunities for improvement. Main Tasks:

• Drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules related to production controlling.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business requirements.
• Perform system testing as a business user to validate the functionality of production controlling processes.
• Identify and document any discrepancies or issues, and work with technical teams to resolve them.
• Analyze current production controlling processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and recommend process enhancements to leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on production controlling functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• University degree in economics or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, specifically in Product Cost Controlling Actual Costing/Material Ledger modules.
• Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of production controlling processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and systems to identify improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
