JOB SUMMARY

This position has responsibilities for providing administrative support, coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with sales processes, and helping to maintain customer relationships in connection with the prescription bound products. In this role collaboration is essential with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial effectiveness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support of marketing activities
  • Invoice and purchase order management in the designated system
  • Active involvement in the participation of the professional events – supporting the marketing team in the preparation of these events
  • Follow and maintain the stock of the promo materials and creating reports.
  • Create monthly market reports based on IQVIA data (sell-in, sell-out, pricing)
  • Create ad hoc market reports / analyses based on requests of BUM, PMs.
• Rx sales team management support
  • Active involvement in the organization of the professional events
  • Support the work of the Rx Sales team (managers and sales representatives)
  • Administrative support in congress management.
• Administrative support of the Rx BU staff in in the office

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient English knowledge (both written and oral communication)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Enthusiastic, eager-to-learn attitude
• Marketing degree and experience in similar role are advantages
