Your Role

As RSM South for the Liège region, you will lead a combined team of pharma and medical representatives focused on Generics. You will drive regional growth, coach your team, and implement strategic commercial plans aligned with EG’s national objectives. You will report to the Sales Manager Generics and manage a team of approximately 7 FTEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach your team through field visits (80% of your time) and remote support.
  • Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with company values and procedures.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and maintain strong external networks.
  • Monitor market trends and proactively adapt strategies.
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities and perform key customer visits.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant commercial experience.
  • Experience in field management in the pharma and by preference also in medical and Generics products
  • Fluent in French, with solid Dutch.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
