RX Area Manager

JOB SUMMARY
This position has responsibilities to implement the sales strategy of each RX product, help the Medical representatives to reach to sales goals of the Product and support. Support the work of the Business Unit Manager, and also to make the reporting. Implement the Product launches in collaboration with other departments. Has a strong responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry, the best industry practices and ethical rules applicable for the promotion of medicines and other pharmaceutical products.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reporting to the Business Unit Manager
- Creating and implementing sales strategy in line with the marketing strategy.
- Making sales analyzes
- Responsible is to go to the visits with the Medical representatives and help their professional work
- Develop relevant medical representative’s skills and performance through classroom training and on-the-job coaching
- Supervise field execution of medical promotion activities and provide regular feedback on performance
- Collaborate with the promotional and marketing team to implement marketing actions, providing support through information about products to the field
- Monitoring the competition
- Implementing the launch plans for new products
- Monitor and report on all important information in the field concerning our consumers, products, market trends, competition by paying regular visits to points of sale, together with a medical representative.
- Prepare and update all reports related to promotional activities at quarterly and annual level
- Performing all other activities upon the order of the Business Unit Manager
- Participate in training courses, work reunions, fairs, exhibitions, symposiums and congresses organized by the company and being up-to-date of professional knowledge of the relevant Products and therapeutic areas.
- Keeping and updating the HCP database with the necessary data protection policies applied
- Collect information relevant for the pharmacovigilance activity resulted from specialized literature or signalized by pharmacists or other persons and to transmit this information to the pharmacovigilance officer
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- User-level computer skills
- Excellent communication and communication, leadership skills, sales skills
- Suitability for team work
- Independence, responsibility, decision making skills
- Commitment, performance orientation, flexibility
- System thinking, analytical approach
- Category B driving license
Other requirement (i.e. travel)
Extensive travel within the country
