Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

In this position, you will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our quality management system, contributing to regulatory compliance and product excellence. The role also includes responsibility for supporting certification processes in Belarus, managing complaints, and ensuring fulfillment of all local agency requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess quality risks, implement corrective measures, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance procedures aligned with STADA Group standards, regulatory, and local requirements.

• Support certification processes in Belarus by preparing and submitting documentation in line with regulatory timelines.

• Manage complaint handling processes, including coordination of investigations, resolutions, and preventive actions.

• Ensure full compliance with local agency requirements and country-specific regulations.

• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and regulatory teams to address quality issues and facilitate effective problem resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive records of quality activities, deviation investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).

• Contribute to training initiatives that promote company-wide knowledge of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• Knowledge of certification processes and local regulatory requirements in Belarus is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards applicable to pharmaceuticals.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for evaluating processes and documentation.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a proactive, structured approach.

• Fluency in Russian and English preferred; proficiency with quality management software is an asset.
