Products Manager

Key responsibilities: 

  • Product Manager is responsible for settling a Brand/Category vision and strategy. He/she is a key person who derives the data and decisions-making processes and led by by strong market analysis, defined key issues.
  • Product Manager creates effective marketing initiatives / campaigns to impact the market share and assure growth trend for respective Brands and Catogories.
  • Product Manager analyzes respective market, sales potential and expenses, drives simple, easy to understand short-term forecasts for existing products to ensure best-effective cross-functional execution in place.

What you can expect:

  • You will develop respective category’s growth strategy, define focus Brand initiatives and development white spots
  • You will be part of Cluster Strategy Brand plans incl. portfolio development and communication strategy to ensure sustainable growth, also via best-practice sharing
  • You will define launch- and go to market strategies incl. providing 360° marketing toolboxes, targeting both consumer and health care professionals
  • You will drive innovations and roll outs to, looking for new ideas and opportunities with close cooperation with Portfolio management, Medical, Regulatory, Trade Marketing and Sales Force departments
  • In your role you will collaborate closely with all support functions, Eurasian markets, external partners as well as internal STADA stakeholders such as portfolio management, product development and market research

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Brand Leader to join our Marketing Team.

  • You have a university degree in business studies/applied economics with a focus on marketing or corresponding practice-oriented experience within the Consumer Health or FMCG industry
  • You have more than 3 years of professional experience in the field of international brand/category management in a CHC, FMCG company or both. Experience in the Cough & Cold and/or Derma category
  • You have a strong consumer, trade and business insights understanding
  • You can demonstrate experience in concept development and digital marketing
  • You have excellent cross-functional project management and organisational skills
  • You have a sound knowledge of regulatory and legal framework of OTC medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements
  • You have a business case and ROI-driven mindset
  • You have excellent English language skills
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset paired with a high sense of responsibility, reliability as well as outstanding communication skills
