JOB SUMMARY
This position has responsibilities to implement the sales strategy of the RX products within the hospitals and nationwide tenders in Hungary to help the company to reach the sales goals. Support the work of the Business Unit Manager, and to make the reporting. Implement the Product launches in collaboration with other departments. Key responsibilities include preparing marketing plans to help achieve product sales goals, supporting the execution of these plans, and coordinating product launches in collaboration with other departments. The position also offers the opportunity to take ownership of individual projects, contributing to the long-term strategic objectives of the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product management
- Launching and increasing sales of designated Rx products
- Take ownership of the delegated products’ performance, including sales targets, profitability, and market share.
- Monitor product KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
- Participate in the creation and execution of annual marketing and sales plans for the assigned product portfolio.
- Develop and implement short- and medium-term marketing strategies
- Event management (exhibitions, product presentations, symposiums, conferences, etc.);
- Follow up, report, estimate the A&P expenses
- Perform all its duties in strict compliance with the Policies of the Company and the applicable laws and regulations.
Tender Management
- Drafting quotes and contracts
- Manages the temporal involvement of wholesale partners in hospital and national tenders, supports negotiation and contract signing.
- Monitors the tender sales and provides relevant information to the related functions in accordance with the expectation of his/her supervisor
- Manages the financial compensation needs of wholesalers - checks the accuracy of the incoming settlement and manages the payment process after approval
- Actively manage revenue and activity projections on a regular basis
- Reporting to the Business Unit Head
- Monitoring the performance and competition, market analysis and market awareness.
- Frequently monitoring and reporting ted tender portal
- Work in close cooperation with Marketing and Supply Chain Team
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- knowledge of English
- minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- degree in the qualifications set forth in the applicable laws for pharmaceutical promotion
- Excellent communication, sales skills
- Suitability for teamwork
- Independence, responsibility, decision making skills
- Commitment, performance orientation, flexibility
- System thinking, analytical approach
- Category B driving license
