Product Development Strategy & Project Management Manager

Job requirements:

• University degree in pharmacy, technology, or chemistry

• Experience of at least 3 years in pharmaceutical industry notably in product development, manufacturing, quality or in the preparation of the quality part of registration documentation

• Experience in project management, leading different projects in pharmaceutical industry

• Leading teams, activities or processes will be considered as an additional benefit

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

• Strong technical background, along with communication and organizational skills

• Advanced use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)

 

Key responsibilities:

• Support management of new product development projects and project evaluations aiming to create a product compliant with the defined target profile, budget, timelines, and its intended use

• Ensure elaboration of project development plan including risk management

• Ensure that all required tasks and actions are completed at all project stages to achieve desired results and deliver reports in due time

• Facilitate the execution of development projects by working collaboratively with the other global and local functions and take care that project targets are easily understood by all relevant stakeholders

• Accountable for proactive development of technical expertise in all relevant areas of product development, such as formulation, manufacturing process and packaging development, analytical and stability development, as well as in key regulatory processes and documentation

• Provide reporting on project milestones, risks, budget, and all other relevant project information. Communicate technical issues and deliver project presentations

• Create and/or review all project related pharmaceutical development and regulatory documentation

• Act as an author and/or reviewer of local or global standard operating procedure and working instructions connected with Product Development Project Management, Product Development, and other documents where Product Development is included in the scope
