Sales Coordinator - Online Key Accounts  
Site Based – Preston, Lancashire, PR4 2DQ


You will be working in a small team responsible for supporting order processing and creation of shipments for our online accounts such as Amazon, TickTok, Web orders and other Online Key Accounts. 

 

The ideal candidate will have some previous admin experience in a similar role and be able to organise, administer and plan tasks effectively with a positive can-do attitude.

 

Our teams are currently undergoing digitalisation and streamlining of systems for improved ways of working so its an exciting time to join the team!

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Process regular weekly Amazon orders, to a high level of accuracy in a timely manner achieving Amazons delivery window.
  • Process of TikTok shop orders
  • Liaise with the Planning department regarding stock requirements to minimise loss of sales opportunities
  • Liaise with our Warehouse team regarding shipments
  • To process Website orders accurately 
  • Communicate to consumers/Key Accounts any out of stock issues, keeping them always informed of the status of their order. 
  • To handle all queries, requests, complaints from consumers promptly and efficiently
  • Work towards 5* positive reviews on Trustpilot on Natures Aid Website
  • Effective Verbal & written communication to Customers 
  • Ensure customer and product files and databases are maintained and up to date 
  • General Amazon  and Key Account Administration, including: uploading invocies, printing POD's, manageing chargebacks, update processes and ensure credits are raised when required.
  • General office admin – filing, scanning, ordering stationary etc.

Essential

  • Experience within a similar Customer/ Sales/ Office Admin role 
  • Ability to work as part of a team, being flexible, adaptable and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in the Microsoft office 365 Suite, in particular outlook and good working knowledge of Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability or organise, administer, plan and prioritise tasks effectively 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Good understanding of CRM (customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Professional, courteous and friendly phone manner 

Desirable: 

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Experience within a Sales environment
  • Knowledge of Food Supplements/Retail, Pharmacy/Nutritional background.

Salary - Up to £24,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5 pm
