Customer Care Advisor

About the Role: 

You will be providing outstanding customer care by building long lasting relationships with your customers and being the first point of call for customer queries and processing sales orders, while supporting your Area Sales Manager (ASM) to maximise sales opportunities.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Organisation and management of daily outgoing calls to customers following daily call schedules, setting objectives for each call made
  • Promote New products & Promotions and identify range opportunities through use of Customers stock and order history.
  • Build sustainable long-term relationships with your allocated customers, by keeping in regular contact and creating brand / product awareness through promoting marketing materials and providing a high standard of customer care
  • Liaise with your ASM daily in order to maintain, develop & maximise the business in your area.
  • Deal with queries, requests, complaints from customers promptly and efficiently 
  • Record customer comments and feedback on the intranet from your partner ASM’s DSR reports.
  • Support effective credit management by consulting with credit control & Area Sales manager
  • Ensure customer data is kept up to date by regularly updating the CRM system communicate new and closed accounts to your ASM and Customer Care Admin.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, being flexible, adaptable and a cheerful outlook

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Excel to be able to sort and manipulate data
  • Good understanding of sales processes 
  • Strong people skills with the ability or organise, administer, plan, and prioritise tasks effectively 
  • Good understanding of CRM (customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Experience within a similar Customer Service/ telesales role 


  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Experience working within a similar manufacturing/ food and supplement industry
  • Knowledge of Food Supplements/Retail, Pharmacy/Nutritional background.

Salary: Up to £24,500 Dependent On Experience
