Location: Bor, Zaječar, Knjaževac, Kladovo, Majdanpek, Negotin, and Niš

About the Role
As a Pharmaceutical Specialist, you will play a key role in working directly with pharmacies, implementing strategies in the field, and supporting new team members. This position requires a proactive approach, analytical skills, and the ability to independently execute activities that enhance sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct implementation of company strategies through regular visits to pharmacies in your assigned market area
• Analyzing sales data, returns, and sell-out results, and providing accurate reports to your supervisor
• Designing and executing commercial activities tailored to client and market needs
• Building long-term professional relationships with pharmacies, including owners and employees
• Identifying needs at the point of sale and proposing practical solutions to improve results
• Introducing new products to the market and actively monitoring their success
• Mentoring new employees, supporting their development, and helping them integrate into the team
• Planning your own routing and efficiently using tools such as Mobile Order and CRM systems for reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or dentistry
• Previous experience in similar roles is considered as a plus
• Basic knowledge of English
• Active driver with a category B license
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
