- You will take care of pain therapists, neurologists, oncologists, and other specialized groups of physicians.
- You will convince the target groups of discussion-intensive products (focus on cannabis) and be responsible for the continuous increase in sales in the respective area.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new customers.
- You will plan and conduct training events for doctors and pharmacists.
- You will participate in German congresses.
- You will manage your area independently, taking into account the company's goals, and pursue them both qualitatively and quantitatively on your own.
- You will excel in optimal visit preparation, planning, and execution.
- You will act independently and goal-oriented, utilizing the available resources in a results-oriented manner while adhering to legal and compliance guidelines.
- You will maintain close collaboration with the Key Account Manager in the area.
Who we are looking for
- You have a completed university degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a scientific field; alternatively, you are a pharmaceutical consultant qualified under § 75 AMG.
- You have extensive sales experience in the medical-scientific specialist and/or hospital field service, ideally in pain therapy (BTM - cannabis).
- You are familiar with the sales structures in the field of pain therapy, cannabis, and BTM.
- You have basic knowledge of health policy framework conditions.
- You are experienced in organizing and conducting trade fairs and workshops.
- You bring the ability to analyze areas and have business management thinking skills.
- You possess a Class B driver's license and are willing to travel within your area of responsibility (including overnight stays).
- You have fluent German language skills.
