Pharmaceutical Associate

About the Role
As a Pharmaceutical Associate, you will be responsible for building strong professional relationships with pharmacies, executing sales activities, and tracking results. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and contribute to shared success.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning pharmacy visits using the Mobile Order system
• Regularly visiting pharmacies in the Kragujevac and carrying out activities as per the defined plan
• Establishing professional relationships with pharmacy owners and their teams
• Gathering insights into client needs at the point of sale and proposing practical solutions to improve outcomes
• Collaborating with your supervisor to develop and implement commercial activities in the region
• Tracking sales results, returns, and sell-out data, and preparing reports for your supervisor
• Providing regular updates on work results via CRM and other tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, or dentistry
• Previous experience in similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of English
• Active driver with a category B license
• Eagerness to learn, a responsible approach to work, and strong communication skills
