PMO Intern

OBJECTIVE

This role will provide support to the Project Management Office

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

General Administration Activities

  • Arranging workshops and meetings
  • Taking minutes and collating actions
  • Preparing presentations and communications

 

Project Management activities

  • Delivering specific tasks and activities to support delivery of the five 2025 strategic projects
  • Generating and maintaining action logs
  • Following up on actions to ensure they are completed on time
  • Updating project trackers
  • Generating progress reports and trackers

 

Core member of Launch Excellence – New Product Introduction project

  • Support the documentation / mapping of functional processes
  • Provide admin support to the project manager
  • Update project plans / trackers
  • Update action trackers
  • Deliver specific tasks as agreed with line manager

 

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION (Skills required to perform the job)

  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communicator both written and oral
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team, within and across functions
  • Diligent and driven to go the extra mile
  • Ability to operate to deadlines and to deliver under pressure
  • Good Powerpoint and excel skills (on the job training will be provided)
  • Experience of operating in a project environment would be useful (but not essential) including some knowledge of GANNT charts and MS Project
