Title: Operator Betalactam sterile workshop

Working location: Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen

Full-time | Fix-term: 6month

Job Purpose :

Người vận hành chịu trách nhiệm vận hành hiệu quả máy móc và thiết bị trong cơ sở. Vai trò này bao gồm giám sát các quy trình sản xuất, đảm bảo đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và duy trì các giao thức an toàn.

The Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within the facility. This role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining safety protocols.

Major Accountabilities:

Chịu trách nhiệm các công việc của khu vực đóng thuốc – niềng nắp và Nhà giặt .

Responsible for all activities in filling – capping area and Laundry .

1. Tham gia sản xuất, hoạt động trong khu vực vô trùng /Perform manufacturing, activities in Aseptic area :

• Dọn quang, vệ sinh, khử trùng phòng và thiết bị.  

       Line cleareance, clean, sanitize working room and equipments

• Chuẩn bị trang phục cấp sạch B, C

               Prepare grade B and C garments

• Lấy tải từ Autoclave, VHP pass box

              Unloading from Autoclave, VHP pass box

• Vận hành các thiết bị và thực hiện hoạt động trong khu vực vô trùng

               Operating the equipment and perform activities in the aseptic area

• Giặt, xếp trang phục – nhà giặt 

                   Washing and folding garments – laundry 

                  Đảm bảo thuốc được sản xuất theo đúng hồ sơ lô và tiêu chuẩn đề ra.

Ensure products are manufactured as per the defined standard and batch records

2. Tham gia, hỗ trợ thẩm định, bảo trì, lấy mẫu ...

        Join and support the operations of validation, maintenance, sampling, …

3. Thực hiện lấy mẫu vi sinh trong quá trình sản xuất

        Perform microbiological sampling during production

4. Thực hiện ghi chép hồ sơ liên quan

       Record related documents

5. Tham gia điều tra các sự cố, sai lệch, sự không phù hợp của xưởng.

       Participate in investigating incidents, deviations, and non-conformities of the workshop

6. Chịu trách nhiệm về tài sản chung trong khu vực.

        Responsible for property in working area.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• Tốt nghiệp TC/CĐ trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật điện.

        College/University degree or higher in electrical engineering

• Có kinh nghiệm trong vai trò vận hành, tốt nhất là trong môi trường sản xuất hoặc chế tạo

        Experience in an operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Hiểu biết kỹ về các quy trình an toàn

        In-depth understanding of safety procedures

• Khả năng làm việc trong môi trường có nhịp độ nhanh và xử lý nhiều nhiệm vụ cùng lúc.

       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.

        Effective communication and teamwork skills
