Office Manager

Your main tasks:

  • Overseeing the management and operations of the company's office in Budapest
  • Office Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business operations, and promoting a positive workplace culture in the organization.
  • Office and Equipment Management
  • Administrative tasks like mails, internal documents, orders, offers
  • Travel and Scheduling: contact person of business travels and managers’ schedules
  • Financial and Contract Management: assist sales and financial departments, maintain records of contracts, manages tenders, invoices and liaise with accounting.
  • External Coordination and Communication: car rental, mobile providers, IT
  • Other Responsibilities like fire and occupational safety tasks, meeting organization, managing registrations and deregistration via Ügyfélkapu

Required competences:

  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (such as empathy, positive attitude, conflict management, etc.)
  • Good communication skills in Hungarian and English
  • Ability to adapt quickly

What you need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel knowledge).
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Secondary education.
  • Willingness to travel within the country and abroad.
