Network Site Supply Chain

Supply network Planner In house is responsible for defining the supply plan for products which are manufactured and/or packed within site/cluster. Accordingly, he/she works on providing all the necessary conditions in order to secure that the planning process runs smoothly. He/she uses SAP and APO planning system. He/she performs the planning through timely replenishment of stocks of sales affiliations keeping the stocks at an optimal level.  

Responsible for perform supply planning in regular monthly and weekly planning cycle in operational and tactical panning horizon:

• Analyse FC changes and perform Supply planning accordingly on regular monthly cycle
• Communicate with affiliates/sales and marketing all changes for better understand of markets
• Ensure alignment with all the functions involved in process especially with Demand Planning, L&T coordination, Production Planning, Purchasing in global/cluster/site organization
• Partnership with Supply Planer in process of Rough Cut Capacity Planning especially with regards to additional demand as result of demand assumption, tender, launch and transfers
• Analyse changes in S&OP planning horizon as base for S&OP monthly planning cycle
• Coordinate launch and transfers of products from planning and logistics point of view
• Understand Sites, and the production processes, to be able to recognize the key bottlenecks
• Communicate Supply plan to Production Planer
• Check Supply situation in regular weekly planning cycle
• Report weekly stock out and over stock as part of global S&OE process
• Escalate risk of supply to Regional Supply Planning Head as well as through supply chain in order to find solution to solve issue
• In case of any constraint perform allocation of available resource based on prioritization rules, e.g available API
• Key user for Supply Planning with regards to regular process as well as special process, e.g. 2 step planning
• Project work as within global SC projects and cluster/site projects
• As a single point of contact for affiliates provide Intercompany Customer service (converting PurReq to PO, PSN (pre-shipment ntification), ePP, FMD, bolini sticking, narcotic drug delivery’s activities, etc)
• Master data maintenance and regular review
• Regular monthly analysis of site/cluster KPIs
• Support know-how transfer by providing process training within and across functions
• Carry out ad hoc tasks which are necessary to achieve the business objectives of the unit and function
• Continuous improvement: identify improvement areas, define and implement action plan
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility

• Ability to effectively “translate” complex demand plan into supply plan for actions
• Collaborative. Connects “global supply chain management” to “cluster/site supply chain management” and vice versa

• Expert in planning systems e.g. SAP and APO.
• Knowledge in Logistics
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of supply chain management and how these processes is connected between cluster/site and global supply chain processes.
• Has to be familiar with the current regulations and internal systems.
