STADA UK Thornton & Ross National Account Manager (Discount & Highstreet Accounts)

 

Field Based | U.K. | Full-time | Permanent

 

We are currently in search of a dedicated National Account Manager who will build on a solid foundation of existing relationship to manage a portfolio of Discount & Highstreet customers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to drive the growth of our Consumer Healthcare business in current and new retail customers.

 

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Business Planning: build and agree Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) aligned to company financial targets, brand objectives and within investment budgets that grow sales, market share and visibility share within the customer.
  • Influencing: Collaborate with the marketing and category teams to build customer engagement stories that enable introduction of NPD, build depth and breadth of distribution and win brand visibility through customers.
  • Relationship Management: build and maintain excellent working relationships with senior retail buyers, buyers, space planners, partnership marketing, supply chain partners and regulatory contacts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in FMCG industry, with a proven track record managing High Street Discounter customers.
  • Expertise in driving growth and delivering strong results through customer, channel, and market insights.
  • An expert negotiator with the ability to identify and win incremental profitable opportunities for the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.
  • Robust organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A champion of ethics who promotes integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism consistently.
