Marketing Specialty Intern   

Milano | Italy (IT) | Full-time | Fix-term 

We are looking for a Marketing Specialty Intern to support the development and implementation of promotion plans for pharmaceutical brands with a focus on promotional initiatives, materials and partnership projects aimed at Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

Main activities:

• Management of the procedural process of approval/activation of contracts/materials related to the project (contracts with the vendor, internal and external procedures), using supporting company systems.
• Preparation of briefings for requesting the necessary services from external vendors and interaction with the procurement and legal functions for the finalization of contractual contents.
• Support in the implementation of promotional initiatives through interaction with project vendors.
• Support in the management of congress activities (delegations, stands, other forms of sponsorship) in collaboration with the congress & events function.
