Position title: Marketing Manager, Egypt
Location: Egypt
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/medicine / business administration / Marketing
Relevant Experience & knowledge:
• 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing of OTC/ CHC and prescription products (different Therapeutics Areas) or analytics background (IQVIA or similar) in a medium to large size reputable organization/s
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical industry within the region, market trends, statistical analysis and the techniques and application of primary market research.
• Understanding Global markets to develop proper portfolio growth strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of key business functions such as Market access, business development, marketing.

Job purpose (overall objectives of the role)
• The job holder is part of the organization’s leadership team with strategic and Operational responsibility for defining and execution marketing concepts in GETM markets
Areas of responsibility
• Define and execute strategy and marketing concepts that help proper positioning of STADA products in defined markets.
• Plan and conduct effective marketing campaigns to support the corporate financial targets, demonstrating increases in sales and market shares.
• Strong Cross functional business acumen.
• Undertake regular market research with the objective of bench marking corporate market sales as well as competition.
• Evaluate product opportunities initiated by Global Portfolio management, liaise with Commercial leads, provide reliable analysis, submit business cases
• Managing the development robust marketing plat form to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Identify product opportunities within STADA group, liaise with affiliates, provide reliable analysis, and submit business cases.
• Manage and lead multiple, complex projects with limited supervision.
• Keep all information tracked and visible including input for Monthly business reviews
