Marketing Manager

Working Place: HCMC

 

Develop, adapt, and execute marketing strategy and plans based on HCP (Healthcare professional), consumer and customer insights to have full ownership of the brand.

Closely collaborate with sales, regulatory, finance, supply, market access, global colleagues for 360 view of all functions influencing brand performance.

Brand Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market analyses to assess the competitive landscape, identify customer insights, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Regularly review brand performance and make strategic adjustments to achieve targets

Marketing Execution:

  • Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure successful deployment of tools and training materials.

 

Partner with global and regional teams to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor sales forecasts and financial performance, providing regular updates on budget variances.

Performance Tracking:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay informed about industry guidelines and regulatory changes related to vaccine marketing.

Continuous competition and market trend analysis.

  • Team management: Build-up and develop the team, organize, and assign tasks, manage the team performance; have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation
  • cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested.

Regular monthly field visits, training, and other support for field team.

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

 

REQUIRMENT

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare brand management experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tool, market research and data analysis such as exposure to using Nielsen/ IQVIA data to track performance and provide market insights.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Leads a fast-paced function to drive the business forward.
  • Strong business acumen and judgment. Able to assess trends from data in a convincing and direct way for better decisions.
  • Sees the big picture and understands how things connect. Operates at both strategic and tactical levels and appreciates that sorting the details is a requirement.
  • Excellent writing skills – can package ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Thrives at relationship building with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to lead, coach and influence across a spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Natural rapport-builder with exceptional collaboration, coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills.
