Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for launching STADA’s wound care portfolio, and also provide strategy & execution leadership across all areas of marketing to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.
Area of Responsibility
- Develop, adapt, and execute marketing strategy and plans based on HCP, consumer and customer insights to have full ownership of the brand.
- Closely collaborate with sales, regulatory, finance, supply, market access, global colleagues for 360 view of all functions influencing brand performance.
- Lead medical and marketing communication including but not limited to marketing teams at customer/ retailers (including ecommerce)
- Regular monthly field visits, training, and other support for field team.
- Budget & sales planning (at customer level)
- Independent A&P budget planning and KPI driven execution of activities.
- Management of agencies including creation of agency briefings for various marketing measures in the digital/ online and offline area.
- Continuous competition and market trend analysis.
- Regular presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop STADA’s wound care portfolio vision and strategy for KSA+ markets including identifying new opportunities (internal and external) and preparing business cases including forecast and pricing, artwork development (along with regulatory team) and follow up on launch planning.
- This position is available to be based in STADA KSA Office (Jeddah preferred)
Technical Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Strong financial capabilities and business acumen.
- Well-developed Power-Point, excel and analytical skills such as exposure to using Nielsen/ IQVIA data to track performance and provide market insights.
- Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Superb relationship, communication, negotiation skills in working with external stakeholders and internal business functions at all levels of seniority and different cultures.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicinal / Pharmaceutical field
- MBA/ master’s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or related field from a reputable university will be an advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical brand management experience
- Previous experience in OTC/ consumer healthcare preferred
- Digital marketing experience is preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
