Your qualification:

 

Professional: 

 

  • You have a degree in business, supply chain management, chemistry or pharmacy (or related field)
  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in operations in the pharmaceutical industry
  • You have strong abilities in project and process management
  • You have good understanding of local go to market requirements (regulatory, technical,…).
  • You are fluent in English (oral and written); other languages are desirable but not a must

Job description:

 

  • You are responsible for the coordination and management of time to market launches of STADA AG in different regions within the Supply Chain Management
  • You coordinate all tasks, activities, resources, milestones, etc. of the product launch within deadlines and timely escalate potential deviations to plan
  • You monitor production, delivery and release steps along the supply chain
  • You continuously review and improve timings and delivery
  • You ensure adequate information flow between all internal and external stakeholders such as Supply Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics (warehousing and transportation operations), External Supply Organization (ESO), Global Project Management (GPM) as well as suppliers and affiliates along the process.
  • You are central touch point for affiliates and commercial functions regarding all information on the launch status and escalation
  • You monitor & track timelines with supplier as per launch tracking sheet (registrations, PO, artworks execution, production, release, shipment)
  • You provide support for launch decisions, escalations, mitigation plans and preparation of business cases
  • You identify project risks and work out scenarios to enable a successful implementation of launches
  • You ensure oversight of supply chain changes and lead end-to-end change control management, working in a cross-functional environment
  • You support process improvements initiatives in Launch Management
