Manager Analyst   

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis (consolidation, report generation, data grouping, drawing conclusions).
  • Assistance in the creation and maintenance of dashboards.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of automated data collection and visualization (Microsoft Power BI) according to request conditions.
  • Conducting training for managers on new data analysis technologies (integrating Power BI reporting into the work of sales managers).
  • Preparing various reports.
  • Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes.
  • Analyzing business requirements and processes, and making recommendations to management for implementation.
  • Supporting business analytics applications, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Interacting with other analytical teams.
  • Offering specialized support and assisting in training stakeholders on advanced data handling methods.
  • Diagnosing issues in real time and providing recommendations through metrics and visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, or mathematics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, VBA.
  • Power BI skills at a user level, supporting existing dashboards.
  • Experience in sales/market analytics.
  • Experience with reporting and large data sets.
  • Experience in budgeting and assessing sales plan execution.
  • Ability to create dashboards and analytical reports for internal clients.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, punctuality, efficiency, teamwork skills, and proactivity.

Advantages:

  • Experience with market data (Spot2D, Viortis, etc.).
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research in the pharmaceutical field.
