About the Role:

As we continue to our progress as one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical businesses in Europe, we require an exceptional Legal Compliance and Risk Manager to lead, manage and further develop the Compliance Function in the UK Business. This will support 3 STADA UK affiliates and give you the opportunity to create a “best in class” function using your expertise as guidance.

Critically, you will need an in-depth, working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry as you will be the point of contact for all compliance related topics, enquiries and activities whilst providing day to day advice and guidance to the business on compliance and risk management related matters.

We expect that you will keep up to date with regulatory and legislative changes that could impact upon the UK Business, particularly key changes to the ABPI Code of Practice, UK Bribery Act and FCPA as you will be the driver behind Implementing any regulatory changes within the UK Business.

 

This role will be an operational and will require you to investigate and report on compliance violations, managing the regulatory adherence to legislation by the UK Business, take the lead in stakeholder training and to ensure that procedures and records are up to date along with maintaining communication across our Global business,

  • Proven experience working in a compliance role in a pharmaceutical industry.
  • An understanding of UK legislations and internal auditing activities
