Launch Excellence Manager
 

Summary

  • Facilitate/lead all stages of new product launch process to ensure excellence in execution and achieving/overachieving the targets.
  • Implement and continuously improve launch processes, methodologies, tools, and stakeholders’ engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate/Lead Launch Excellence process implementation & enhancement across EURASIA region (11 countries)
  • Engage cross-functions to contribute to the launch success. Drive leadership for the launch success from accountable partners
  • Granular launch planning and setting the KPIs, including sales and distribution levels split across the regions, pharmacy chains etc.
  • Facilitate Launch process and Project framework usage and adoption for the early launch phases, ensure the framework benefits from each launch via capturing launch data & team knowledge.
  • Lead launches during the latter phases to ensure smooth transition of accountability between partners functions.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report product launch KPIs.
  • Lead & facilitate regular alignment on Launch excellence meeting and contribute to other meetings related to product launches (S&OP/IBP, portfolio committees, etc.).
  • Educate and empower stakeholders on both process & tools knowledge.
  • Implement launch data management system and act as a power user of the system.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales team, Experience in project management and structured process establishment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, project management, business administration, or analytics.
  • Technical proficiency: good understanding of project management concepts, terminology, and tools.
  • General technical proficiency: Strong MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), basic familiarity with business intelligence software (Power BI).
  • Soft skills: Ability to lead, manage and motivate teams with or without authority. Mental agility and curiosity. Strong accountability for tasks without close supervision. Conflict resolution skills, adaptability, problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset.
  • Foreign languages proficiency: Fluent English
